Our prices on the website are starting prices – the price shown to you in our booking process is always the currently best daily price for your stay at the Ludwig Royal. Thanks to our dynamic pricing system The price can change daily depending on occupancy. Booking early is worthwhile – seriously! First come, first served, gets the best deal. And the best part: Direct bookers save 10% compared to the usual booking platforms. On top of that, there are exclusive Advantagesthat only you get – because you book directly with us.

Anyone who books directly with us – via our website or by phone – automatically saves 10% on the daily rate (booking code: "ILoveLudwig", the discount will be deducted during the booking process).

Our prices are per person per night, including either our Ludwig Royal luxury board or just the breakfast buffet. And, of course, all the amenities that make your stay with us so special. Please understand that unconsumed meals cannot be refunded.

• Our packages are calculated per person and stay.
• We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express
• The local tourist tax of €3,50 per person/night (from 15 years of age) is paid separately to the tourist office and is not included in the room rate.
• For single use of a double room we charge a surcharge of €30 per night.

Subject to changes, misprints and errors – but of course we do our best to ensure that everything fits like a tailor-made suit.

If at least one full-paying adult stays in the room or suite, the following prices per child and night apply to our small (and not-so-small) guests – including all Ludwig Royal inclusive services:

• 0 – 1 year: € 29 including breakfast, € 69 including gourmet board
• 2 – 11 years: € 89 including breakfast, € 109 including gourmet board
• 12 – 17 years: € 109 including breakfast, € 129 including gourmet board

This makes a family holiday in the Allgäu not only particularly relaxing – but also affordable.

Of course, your four-legged companion is welcome to travel with you at the Ludwig Royal—after all, they're part of the family. We charge €30 per day for your dog (food not included). Please note: Dogs are only allowed in select room categories—so just let us know when booking. We'll be happy to provide a dog bed and food bowl in your room. Out of consideration for other guests and to ensure a relaxed atmosphere, we ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the dining room, wellness area, or wellness garden.

• Free cancellation possible up to 7 days before arrival
• From 7 to 2 days before arrival: 70% of the booked amount will be charged
• One day before arrival: 90% of the booked amount will be charged
